Rotating the character is wild I kinda like it. I have done a animation style that might fit before so the character move kinda like a popsicle stick puppet kinda like this
A less snappy camera could help, feels too rigid rn. Could have a limited arrow count that are found by chance with enemies. Overall, pretty good concepts.
